Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long does shipping take? 
Shipping takes 5-15 business days after the order is placed depending on where you are located. 

2. Will you restock *certain gloss* ? 
If a gloss is out of stock submit a contact us form or email us at [email protected]. Glosses will be restocked based on demand.

3. I have a problem with my order, how can I reach you? 
Submit a contact us form or email us at [email protected] 

Please allow 1-2 Business days in order to get back to you

Please include the following: Order number, name, and issue

We will only respond to emails with all categories filled! 

4. Are your products vegan and cruelty free? 
All our products use ingredients that are FDA certified, cosmetic grade, and cruelty free. However, some glosses contain pigments that aren’t vegan. All products are handmade in Las Vegas, NV 

5. "It says its delivered, but it's not in my mailbox? Where's my package?" 
 We have no control over where your package is once it says delivered. Please contact USPS about a missing package, they will be able to assist you and provide you with information on ways to track your package. Please note that we cannot help until USPS confirms the package is missing or stolen.
